I have been getting little messages from him, here and there, just asking if I am sure I do not want the pool table & if I know how to take things off the truck radio...and yesterday I finally got the message I have been wanting. After he told me he was moving to Florida with his brother in about a year or so, I let him know where I moved & that I got a xfr for Harps. He seemed p*ssed after that and said that he is just going to pay someone to reset the truck radio because he was tired of dealing with it & then told me that he was going to leave me alone & good luck with everything in my future. This did not hurt my feelings none & I am quite happy about things thus far. I think a change in scenery will do him some good & be mindful of his behavior a little bit more. Being close to family is more important than anything else & knowing you have a support system changes things greatly.
Yesterday, I went with my mom & gma shopping for an electric chair. My gma was needing a new one for her living room. After she found her chair, I went to harps to see the new store & to get a feel for it, as I will be starting tomorrow in my new position. I am quite excited & looking forward to meeting new people & Learning a new position in the company. All the uppers at my previous store & district kept telling me this store stays busy! I'm like GREAT!!! Because those who know me, know I always have to be doing something, I love staying busy!
Today, woke up early, took a nap on the couch & played RE. Took myself out to eat before the Church Crowd Arrived. Coltons, OH.SO.GOOD! Steak, salad, loaded mashed potatoes, rolls & honey & that Sweet Tea! I brought leftovers home to have tomorrow for lunch & decided to cook Venison Tonight for Dinner.
I am ready for tomorrow & what it will bring, as always, I am nervous and excited for this new position & the ability to do this from my home-town.
