The things!

I decided to make the drive to my now home a day early. I got into town about 5, looked things over and then attempted to put together a twin xl bed! 

y'all I'm 35 years old and it took me 3 hours, 3 HOURS...to put this bed together. I was like surely I can do this! Haha 🤣 

830 I stopped and grabbed me some food, decided to not be so hangry and maybe I can make things go a little smoother. I was right. I got back in there and put the rest of it together, MINUS 3 screws and 3 bolts. 😂🤪

I laid the mattress out and let it fluff up, Phantom mattress from Amazon! OMG!! I love it! Mattress was comfy and the bed didn't come apart, I had taken that as a win! I had told my roommate that I got it together and he says, um did you leave parts out?! Like geez love the confidence 🤣🤣🤣 

I just laughed and said yes, 3 screws and 3 bolts, he says, I hope they were extra, I said, no, not really. There's a home for them, but I'm not taking that thing apart again to make them fit. There's at least one screw and bolt on 3 sections holding that thing together and the bars are horizontal in rivettes, it is holding so far. 

he said you are going to roll over at night and it will collapse! Haha I said ok. 

so first thing when he gets there this morning is go check the movement of the bed frame to make sure. I said I slept in that thing last night and I didn't die. He said he just had to check. 

Today woke up at 5am, did some dishes, and then had to run some errands, aka, the things! Assess, dmv..oil change, all the fun stuff. Will be going to hVe lunch with mom in a few and then exploring the new stuff of H-Town.
